I’m Michelle Kennedy, founder of Better Work Co. and a career HR professional with experience across both corporate HR and entrepreneurship. I’ve led internal HR teams and built my own businesses, which gave me a well-rounded, people-first approach to creating workplaces that are both compliant and culture-driven.

What began as HR Bloom has evolved into Better Work Co., a bigger vision shaped around the BetterWork Method™ — my signature framework that blends compliance, culture, and coaching through four clear phases: Diagnose, Design, Deploy, and Drive.

Since starting my own business, I’ve worn every hat — building websites, designing flyers, writing job ads, and creating client-facing materials from scratch. That experience not only sharpened my understanding of HR, but also showed me how vital business visibility and branding is to growth. That’s why I’ve expanded Better Work Co. to bring both HR and practical business visibility support under one roof.

My focus is simple: to help businesses and people thrive with clarity, confidence, and care.
